2）确定零配件的监管条件.
3）确定零配件否属于强制认zheng(3C认zheng).
4）确定零配件的数量清单.
5）确定该商品的有关备案商检机关.
6）把货物发到香港。在香港中转.
7）准备相关资料向海关申报 报关--海关审价--出缴款书--交shui放行--按排中港拖车入境（或海运到国内港口）--海关查验
