在直流回路过压跳闸后将斩波器和制动电阻投入,结果跳闸更加频繁。变频器操作手册上对直流回路过压原因的解释通常有2点:a)进线电压过高;b)减速时间太短;因该变频器已投入运行2个月,且跳闸时进线电压在允许的范围之内,其它变频器工作正常,结合以前处理变频器故障时对直流回路过压的认识,认为在使用电压控制器调节回馈电流防止直流回路过压的情况下,负载电流的变化率过大是引起过压的一个重要原因,到现场查看被控设备时,发现有一块物料卡在传送带的间隙中,清除后,变频器工作正常。拆开变频器外壳检查,发现制动斩波器上设有三档进线电压选择装置(400V、500V、690V)以适应不同的进线电压,其中短接环插在690V档上。

即上电试机。在上电前后必须注意以下几点:上电之前,须确认输入电压是否有误,将380V电源接入220V级变频器之中会出现炸机(炸电容、压敏电阻、模块等);检查变频器各接插口是否已正确连接,连接是否有松动,连接异常有时可能会导致变频器出现故障,严重时会出炸机等情况;上电后检测故障显示内容,并初步断定故障及原因;如未显示故障,首先检查参数是否有异常,并将参数复归后,在空载(不接电机)情况下启动变频器,并测试U、V、W三相输出电压值。如出现缺相、三相不平衡等情况,则模块或驱动板等有故障;在输出电压正常(无缺相、三相平衡)的情况下,负载测试,尽量是满负载测试。[1]故障判断整流模块损坏通常是由于电网电压或内部短路引起。

控制极G通过按钮开关SB接在1.5V直流电源的正极(这里使用的是KP1型晶闸管,若采用KP5型,应接在3V直流电源的正极)。晶闸管与电源的这种连接方式叫做正向连接,也就是说,给晶闸管阳极和控制极所加的都是正向电压。合上电源开关S,小灯泡不亮,说明晶闸管没有导通;再按一下按钮开关SB,给控制极输入一个触发电压,小灯泡亮了,说明晶闸管导通了。这个演示实验给了我们什么启发呢?这个实验告诉我们,要使晶闸管导通,一是在它的阳极A与阴极K之间外加正向电压,二是在它的控制极G与阴极K之间输入一个正向触发电压。晶闸管导通后,松开按钮开关,去掉触发电压,仍然维持导通状态。晶闸管特点“一触即发”。但是,如果阳极或控制极外加的是反向电压。

1.比较器检测通过稳压管固定比较器一端的电压,被检测的电压取样后再与之比较,结果通过比较器输出。2.ADC检测(模拟/数字转换器)被检测的电压通过电阻降压取样后,落在ADC可检测的范围,可以通过程序设定电压的报警范围。主电路中的储能电容,对运行中变频器过压、欠压影响很大。而变频器电路的各种零部件又有一定使用寿命的,所以一旦变频器零部件达到使用寿命就会带来故障的发生。像主电路中的储能电容或其它零部件的原因都有可能对主电路造成影响,从而使整个变频器发生故障。通常变频器停用时间过长,达到一年以上,则应对储能电容要做一次体检。对长时间不用的变频器,如何来避免这种现象发生呢?按照要求,停用的变频器应每隔两三个月通电—次。
