PARKER派克气缸PDC16-60 M5按照开关管的开关条件,DC/DC转换器又可以分为硬开关(HardSwitching)开关电源开关电源和软开关(SoftSwitching)两种。硬开关DC/DC转换器的开关器件是在承受电压或流过电流的情况下,开通或关断电路的,因此在开通或关断过程中将会产生较大的交叠损耗,即所谓的开关损耗(Switchingloss)。当转换器的工作状态一定时开关损耗也是一定的,而且开关频率越高,开关损耗越大,同时在开关过程中还会激起电路分布电感和寄生电容的振荡,带来附加损耗,因此,硬开关DC/DC转换器的开关频率不能太高。软开关DC/DC转换器的开关管,在开通或关断过程中,或是加于其上的电压为零,即零电压开关(Zero-Voltage-Switching。

PARKER派克电磁阀PHS540D-10-24V-DL 3/8其直流回路滤波是电感。它由三部分构成,将工频电源变换为直流功率的“整流器”,吸收在变流器和逆变器产生的电压脉动的“平波回路”,以及将直流功率变换为交流功率的“逆变器“。整流器大量使用的是二极管的变流器,它把工频电源变换为直流电源。也可用两组晶体管变流器构成可逆变流器,由于其功率方向可逆,可以进行再生运转。平波回路在整流器整流后的直流电压中,含有电源6倍频率的脉动电压,此外逆变器产生的脉动电流也使直流电压变动。为了电压波动,采用电感和电容吸收脉动电压(电流)。装置容量小时,如果电源和主电路构成器件有余量,可以省去电感采用简单的平波回路。逆变器同整流器相反,逆变器是将直流功率变换为所要求频率的交流功率。
