　　为满足客户的需求，台达深入该企业实地考察，由资深专家团队制定了AH500解决方案，采用台达中型PLC AH500系列应用于动力锂电池激光焊接生产线。AH500系列采用DevicetNet远程I/O，并提供专用线缆和接线板，大大减轻了I/O配线的工作，并兼容众多厂家仪器、仪表，使I/O信号传送更加可靠;采用DMCNET总线型运动控制，通信速率达10Mbps，通信距离达15m，高效通信和简洁配线的同时，也能完成直线/圆弧插补、G代码、电子凸轮等运动控制，轻松实现锂电池焊接所需的各种轨迹运行;通过Ethernet网络将多台视觉及所需HMI和编程PC连至PLC，实现高效、长距离的通信与监控。
　　通过台达解决方案的实施，不仅满足了客户1台/分钟的产能，24点以上的焊接强度的要求，同时实现了生产线的机台与视觉的高效联动，多屏一机，就近操作，数据同步。
　　该项目摒弃传统动力锂电池电极焊接采用接触式电阻压焊的方式，改用激光焊接的方式，解决了之前完全靠人工把握动力锂电池电极焊接时所需的压力、温度、时间和位置，造成产品焊接可靠性、产品外观和焊接效率不一的问题。
　　激光焊接作为一种先进的焊接方式，广泛适用于薄板件间的焊接，热变形小。台达AH500系列在实现激光焊接自由轨迹示教和连续运行要求上的成功应用，能够取代部分轴卡或专用控制器在这方面应用的市场，又同样适用于其他行业激光焊接方面的应用;推而广之，适用于所有需要自由轨迹示教并连续运行的场合，或需要与多台视觉、多台HMI或多台PC等通信的场合。
