中国发展工业互联网的两大特点：一脉相承的产业发展策略和涵盖范围更广泛的“工业互联网”产业发展策略

　　当前，各行业都在调整结构，传统制造业企业正在加快互联互通、推进数字化转型。徐昌荣博士首先就工业互联网在国内发展的由来及现状进行了诠释。他指出：“两化融合是中国工业互联网策略的起始，最早可以追溯到2002年十六大报告。中国发展工业互联网的决策引导到产业发展来看，整个策略呈现出一脉相承的特点”。从“两化融合”到“四化同步发展，两化深度融合”，以及制定“互联网+”行动计划，再到2019年3月政府工作报告：打造工业互联网平台，拓展“智能+”，为制造业转型升级赋能。持续稳定的发展策略成为发展工业互联网“后劲十足”的良好保证。
　　● 人无我有，涵盖范围更广泛的“工业互联网”产业发展策略
　　徐昌荣博士认为：“中国定义工业互联网的政策范围更为宽泛，容量更大”。
　　针对全球产业发展趋势，各国从自身发展特点出发分别提出“工业互联网”、“工业4.0”等发展策略，侧重点有所不同，但总体思路基本一致。中国作为人口众多，各行业具备持续发展的制造业大国，制定的“工业互联网”发展策略更为完整，涵盖范围更广。明确了工业互联网是智能制造发展的关键基础设施，也是互联网从消费领域向生产领域、从虚拟经济向实体经济拓展的核心载体。
