　　6月的泰州已经有了夏日的闷热感。走在长江边的国电泰州电厂内，不一会就会热的满身大汗。
　　这里是国内最早一批百万千瓦超超临界火电机组(国电泰州电厂一期两台机组)的所在地。而如今，国电泰州电厂二期、世界首台百万千瓦超超临界二次再热燃煤发电机组，是当今世界上发电效率最高、供电煤耗最低、环保指标最优的火电机组，代表了目前火力发电领域的最先进水平。
　　论起国电泰州电厂二期能够成为世界上发电效率最高、供电煤耗最低、环保指标最优的火电机组的首要功臣，非二次再热技术莫属。那么，让二次再热技术能够安全高效运转的首要功臣，则是北京国电智深控制技术有限公司研发的，针对燃煤火电机组二次再热技术的DCS系统。
　　DCS系统如何保障了国电泰州电厂二期、世界首台百万千万超超临界二次再热燃煤发电机组的高效运行这套完全自主知识产权、打破垄断的系统，又是经历了哪些困难才顺利诞生的
　　艰难诞生
　　“二次再热是煤炭清洁高效利用的一个有效途径。”北京国电智深控制技术有限公司副总经理黄焕袍对记者说，“二次再热在国外最早可以追溯到上世纪的60年代。但是国外在二次再热的利用方面单机最大装机容量大约只有70万千瓦。百万千瓦火电机组的二次再热是中国首创。”二次再热技术主要是通过在常规一次再热机组基础上增加一级再热器(锅炉)和增加超高压缸(汽机)，进一步提高蒸汽参数(温度和压力)。这些参数提高之后，那么机组的燃煤效率、热循环效率和发电效率就提高了。
　　这就要求设备需要重新设计制造，设备流程也与之前有了较大的不同。可以说，百万千瓦二次再热机组是目前世界上结构最复杂的燃煤机组。
　　如此大规模和复杂的对象，对火电厂的控制系统提出了更高的要求。“最开始，我们对于让北京国电智深控制技术有限公司来开发这一套系统，是存在一定的疑惑的。”国电泰州发电有限公司副总经理张苏闽对《能源》杂志记者说，“我们当时倾向于让国外有过二次再热项目业绩的公司来做。”
　　火电厂控制系统开发企业数量多、竞争激烈。除了外企之外，还有数量不少的国内企业也参与了竞争。国电智深于2013年11月与国电泰州发电有限公司签订DCS与仿真供货服务合同，承担了该电厂DCS与仿真系统研发制造供货和工程应用服务。
　　国电泰州电厂二期百万千瓦超超临界机组二次再热项目是国家科技支撑计划项目——“高效率低排放的超600℃百万千瓦等级超超临界机组关键技术研究与工程应用”中，课题“二次再热1000MW超超临界机组关键技术工程示范”的依托示范工程。这是世界上首次在百万千瓦机组上采用超超临界、二次再热技术，是国家燃煤发电节能减排示范项目。
