MZ-2型可燃气体检测仪

可燃气体检测报警仪是我公司研制生产的新型气体检测仪器，其突出特点是采用催化原理传感器、智能化信号处理系统，具备存储、读取数据的功能。本仪器具有测量范围宽、使用寿命长、准确度高、操作简便优点，本产品适用于检测环境空气中可燃性气体(氢气、甲烷、异丁烷、丙烷、戊烷、炔类、烯类等)或有机液体蒸气（汽油、酒精、甲醇、二甲苯等有机溶剂）的浓度，多年来已广泛使用于石油探采、油气输送、炼油、冶金、电厂、化工、油库、液化气站、矿井、隧道、坑道、地下管线等场所，有效地预防了意外燃烧、爆炸事故的发生。本机为本质安全型防爆结构，防爆标志为iaⅡCT3。

工作原理

传感器以扩散方式直接与环境中的被测气体反应，产生线性变化的电压信号。信号处理电路由以智能芯片为主的多块集成电路构成。传感器输出信号经滤波放大、模数转换、模型运算等处理，直接在液晶屏上显示被测气体的浓度值。仪器可设置二级报警，当气体浓度达到预置的报警值时，仪器将依据报警级别的不同，发出不同频率的声、光报警信号。仪器的工作指示灯每隔约10秒闪烁一次，表示仪器工作正常。当电池电压一定程度，需要充电时，显示屏会出现欠压标志，提示用户充电。

Working principle

Sensor to diffuse directly with the gas responsemeasured in the environment, the voltage signal is generated linearly. The signal processing circuit is composed of a plurality of integrated circuit with a smart chip based. The sensor output signal through the filter amplifier, analog to digital conversion, model calculation,processing, display the concentration of measured gasvalue on the LCD screen. The instrument can be set two alarm, when the gas concentration reaches the alarm value preset, the instrument will alarm level according todifferent, sends out the different frequency sound, light alarm signal. Instrument indicator light flashes once at intervals of about 10 seconds, said instrument works.When the battery voltage to a certain extent, charging,display screen will appear under pressure marks,prompting the user charge.
