Electromagnetic valve selection should first turn follow the safety, reliability, applicability,
economy of four big principles, then according to the six aspects of the conditions
(i.e. pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters,
operation mode, special requirements of choice).
The basis for selection:
One, according to the electromagnetic valve pipeline parameters: path specifications (DN), interface
1, according to pipe diameter spot size or flow requirements to determine the diameter (DN) size.
2, interface, general > DN50 to choose the flange interface, ≤ DN50 according to user needs freedom of choice.
Two, according to the fluid parameter selection solenoid valve: material, temperature group
1, corrosive fluid: should use corrosion resistant and stainless steel solenoid valve; edible clean fluid: should use
food grade stainless steel solenoid valve.
2, the high temperature fluids: to choose the electromagnetic valve manufacturing high-temperature electrical materials and sealing materials, but also to choose the type of piston type structure.
3, the fluid state: gaseous, liquid or mixed state, especially when ordering diameter greater than DN25 must
distinguish.
4, the viscosity of the fluid: usually 50cSt the following optional, if more than this value, will have to use high
viscosity solenoid valve.
Three, solenoid valve based on the pressure parameters: the principle and structure of species
1, nominal pressure: this parameter and other common meaning is the same valve, nominal pressure to the pipe is fixed.
2, working pressure: if the work pressure is low use direct action or step direct acting principle must; minimum
working pressure above the 0.04Mpa direct acting, direct drive type, step by step guide type can be chosen.
Four, electrical choice: voltage specification should be preferred AC220V, DC24 is more convenient.
Five, continue to work according to the length of time to choose: normally closed, normally open, or sustainable power
1, when the solenoid valve open takes a long time, and duration of extra time off should be used normally open type.
2, if the open time is short or open and closing time is limited, then selec normally closed.
3, but some conditions for security protection, such as the furnace, furnace flame monitoring, you can not select
normally open, to be elected to the long-term power type.
Six, according to the environment requires the selection of auxiliary function: explosion proof, check, manual,
water mist, water, diving
1, explosive environment: solenoid valve to choose the appropriate level of explosion-proof (my company: D II BT4, D II CT5, Ex m I/II T4).
