（PP）工程级聚丙烯管材简称PP管
PP管是由工程级聚丙烯粒料经挤出成型。该管材无毒、无味，广泛应用于化工、环保、食品卫生、建筑给排水等领域（执行QB1929-93标准）。PP（ Polypropylene聚丙烯）是与我们日常生活密切相关的通用树脂，是丙烯最重要的下游产品，世界丙烯的50%，我国丙烯的65%都是用来制聚丙烯。聚丙烯是世界上增长最快的通用热塑性树脂，总量仅仅次于聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯。PP是结晶性塑料 ，一般为呈不规则圆形表面有蜡质光泽白色颗料。密度0.9-0.91g/cm³，是塑料中最轻的一种。有较明显的熔点， 根据结晶度和分子量的不同，熔点在170℃左右，而其分解温度在290℃以上，因而有着很宽的成型温度范围，成型收缩率1.0-2.5%。PP的使用温度可达100℃，具有良好的电性能和高频绝缘性，且不受湿度影响。但低温下易脆，不耐磨，易老化。适于制作一般机械零件，耐腐蚀零件和绝缘零件。此外，用PP料制做的铰链产品具有突出的耐疲劳性能。

pp管标准
◇ PP管执行QB 1929-93标准。
◇ PP管选共聚级PP聚丙烯管材专用原料生产，一般用途的压力输水，以及饮用水的输送。
◇ PP管饮用水管卫生性能符合GB/T17219规定。
PP管特点
PP管不锈蚀：PP管可在很大的温度范围内承受PH值，范围在1～14的高浓度的酸和碱的腐蚀。
PP管耐磨损、不结垢：PP管及管件内壁均匀光滑，流动阻力小并且不结垢。
PP管减小振动和噪声：PP管具有优良的隔声性能，可显著减少由液体流动引起的振动和噪声。
PP管防冻裂：PP材料弹性优良使得管材和管件截面可随着冻胀的液体一起膨胀而不会胀裂。
PP管防结露，热损失少：PP材料为不良热导体，可减少结露现象并减少热损少。
PP管安装简单：PP管重量轻，安装操作方便，并且具有可焊性。
PP管使用寿命长：PP管系统在规定的使用条件下寿命达50年。
